1. Screw and Barrel are made of ACM-2 material with heat and nitride treatment, each finishing procedure is carefully controlled; therefore, it is fabricated with special characteristics of high resistance to acid and abrasion. Using thermal oilcirculation for barrel cooling as to keep temperature from fluctuations. This stabilizes the quality and the output of finished products during the mixing process.
