PP SHEET EXTRUDING MACHINE
The extruding machine is specially made for producing PP film, the manufacturing film’s thickness with the range is in 0.06～0.2mm, the production speed of 0.2mm thickness film is 15M/m. Screw’s diameter is Ø 100mm and the material is SACM-645 HRC60 , the proportion of L/D is 34：1, the design for particular screw is use mix-chain function, it can get very well result of dispersion and ensure the sheets comes out with even and smooth color, minimum amount of grains.
The machine is design by twin-screw, its extrusion capacity can be achieve to 250～300Kg/H. Design for particular screw is use mix-chain function. Motor is use the frequency conversion control, less noise and electricity energy-saving mode. Use human machine interface to control the monitor, control easy and accurate low breakdown rate. The both layers are use shunt method, A ＆ B layers proportion are 8:2.
