G4-TI610series not merely possesses the advantages of MB series, but also carries the features of better snap off ability, solderability and printing ability;constant viscosity which is not changed with printing speed , pressure and time.

其回流焊後殘留物極少，不易坍塌，腐蝕性小，溶劑揮發性慢及具有極高之表面絕緣阻抗性，G4-TI610系列錫膏除具有MB系列的優點外，更具助錫性佳，印刷性好，它能夠改變脫膜性，粘度穩定，不會隨著印刷的速度，壓力，時間而改變。
適用範圍--適合於手工跡印，細間距器件0.5mm/20mil或0.4 mm/16mil更細間距的貼裝。
