Kuo Sheng Foods Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990 with a factory at the Neipu Industrial Zone in Pingtung County, Taiwan. The factory was relocated to the current location in April 2007.
The factory completed the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) guidebook for seafood in 2007 and obtained the ISO 22000 certificate in May 2008.
